Modulation is an inflexion of the tone or pitch of the voice, especially the use of stress or pitch to convey meaning. Voice modulation is when you control or adjust your voice to express something. At times, we choose to go louder or softer, faster or slower, to convey the message accurately. Voice modulation means the tone and voice to communicate the message more effectively. Voice modulation changes with our state of mind. When we are angry, we usually speak louder or stress particular words more while we communicate. With voice modulation, we learn to take pauses in our speech wherever necessary, rather than speaking in a continuous verse.
Voice modulation is a vital part of our communication. Without voice modulation, we might end up speaking in a continuous and monotonous pitch. Stress on especially those words that seem to be a little tricky while pronouncing

- Take pauses wherever necessary
Do not speak continuously. Take pauses to make your speech necessary to make your effective and pleasing
- Sound confident while speaking
